Dana Katherine is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Auckland, New Zealand. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Whitecliffe College of Arts & Design. Dana's practice interrogates ideas surrounding memory, archive, three-dimensional space, and semiotics. Her photobook was selected as one of the finalists for the New Zeeland Photobook of the Year Awards 2017. Other medias she works with range from design-based watercolour to collage sculptures.

 

Dana has a fascination with art management and has curated Bridging the Gap (2016), 17 (2017), ArtFusions (2016-17), and most recently, Salon des Refuses, held at Comet Project Space.
